Overview
The Doric cast iron bollard is based on the classical Greek column featuring decorative fluted sides and a shallow domed top. This well-proportioned and durable bollard is commonplace throughout many UK towns and cities, ideal for both traditional and modern locations.
The standard Doric and slimline version is available as a removable bollard in cast aluminium.

INSTALLATION
Root fixed
- Foundation depth is usually the same as the root depth of the bollard
- Minimum recommended foundation diameter is the root diameter plus 200mm
- Concrete mix to 25 newtons
Removable
- Foundation depth 320mm
- Minimum recommended foundation 450mm sq
- Dig an additional drainage hole 80mm (d) x 150mm (sq) and fill with pea shingle (directly below socket)
- Concrete mix to 25 newtons
Security
- Foundation depth of 600mm is recommended
- Minimum recommended foundation square is 600mm
- Concrete mix to 25 newtons
